At Novapew, our aim is to keep shipping straightforward from checkout to delivery. Because many pieces are handcrafted from solid wood, we handle each order with extra care. Packaging and transport are planned for safety, protection, and reasonable timelines.
Shipping Area
Novapew ships handcrafted furniture to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
We’re currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some outlying island regions in Europe and Australia). Deliveries go to residential or business street addresses to ensure proper handling of solid-wood items.

To keep things clear, we use flat-rate shipping by region. Free shipping applies when your order exceeds the threshold below.

All shipping costs appear at checkout before you pay. No hidden delivery fees are added later.
Taxes and Customs Duties
The amount shown at checkout (product price + any flat shipping fee) is the final amount you pay. For international orders, Novapew covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees so you won’t be asked for extra payments on delivery.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays) for final inspection and secure packing.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST enter processing the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Transit Times
United States: 5–6 business days
Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT): 6–8 business days
Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
Note: International shipments may take additional time due to customs clearance.
Furniture Shipping & Assembly
Solid-wood furniture can be heavy or oversized, so many items ship partially disassembled for safer transit and easier handling.

Each shipment includes a step-by-step illustrated guide; most also include the basic tools needed.

Typical assembly time for most customers: 20–30 minutes.

Prefer help? We can recommend third-party assembly providers in major cities across the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Australia (optional; fees not included in standard shipping).
Tracking Your Order
When your order departs our workshop & showroom: 2407 Curtis Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to populate, especially for international shipments awaiting customs scans.
Damaged or Lost Goods
Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Suspected Lost in Transit: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (or tracking shows no updates for 7+ days), contact us. We’ll coordinate with the carrier; if confirmed lost, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel if the order has not yet been processed or shipped—please notify us as early as possible (ideally within 24 hours of placing the order).
Once the order is processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is unavailable. After delivery, you can use our Return & Refund Policy. For international shipments, cancellation is not available once an order has cleared customs.
